TRAVEL TRAILER RENTAL AGREEMENT
RENTAL RATE
The rental rate is $129.00 per night with a two night minimum on your reserved campsite inside Liberty
Hill Park only (three night minimum on holidays). Reservations are made through the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers (1-877-444-6777). Rental rate is subject to tax. Price includes setting up the trailer and
returning it to the Marina. A $30.00 sanitation fee will apply if a non full hookup site is selected. Must
be 25 years of age or older.
OCCUPANCY
Single Family ONLY, no large groups, no multi-family. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (4 adults max).
Exceeding the occupancy rate will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit and Cleaning
Deposit. Subleasing is not permitted.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Half of the rental amount is required at the time of reservation. Visa, M/C or cash will be accepted. Full
refund of reservation deposit up to 2 weeks before reserved date minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
No refund of reservation deposit within 2 weeks of reserved date. Cancellations within 7 days will be
charged the full rental amount.
SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT
$350.00 Security Deposit and $150.00 Cleaning Deposit are required upon Check-In. The deposits will
be refunded within 48 hours of departure if the terms of the Rental Agreement are met and the Travel
Trailer is clean and undamaged with all inventory items in place. Visa or Mastercard will be accepted.
INVENTORY ITEMS
The trailer is stocked with kitchen cookware and eating utensils. Bed linens, pillows and towels are
available for a small fee. Loss of any item will be charged $15.00 plus the cost to replace the item.
SANITATION FEE
The Black and Gray Water Holding Tanks are empty upon arrival. A $30.00 sanitation fee will be charged
if a non-sewer site is reserved. The fee will be waived if a full hookup site is reserved. If camping on a
site without sewer hookup, water should be used sparingly to avoid filling the tanks (we suggest using
the Park’s showers for bathing).
APPLIANCES
Trailer is equipped with A/C & Heat, Color TV, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove/Oven and Water
Heater (we suggest turning the Water Heater off when not in use, the switch is located above the
lavatory sink).
NO SMOKING, NO PETS
Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security AND Cleaning Deposits.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-In Time is 3:00pm. Check-Out Time is 12:00pm (noon).
