Release of Lien of Judgment Form
Together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. and all the right. title and
interest of the said part of the first part, of, in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof;
to the intent that the lands hereby conveyed ma y be released and discharged from the said above
mentioned judgment, and from all lien or incumbrance that has attached to the same by reason of the
recovery of the said judgment, as free and clear in all respects as though said judgment had never been
recovered or rendered. To have and to hold the lands and premises hereby released and conveyed to
the said heirs and assigns, to their use and benefit forever, free, clear, and discharged of and from all
lien and claim, under and by virtue of the judgment recited above.
In Witness Whereof, the said of the first hereunto set hand and seal or
caused these presents to be signed by its proper corporate officers and caused its proper corporate seal
to be hereto affixed the day and year firs t above written.
