Describe the goals and objectives of the project, such as key organizational process(es) to be
changed/improved and major deliverables to be completed, including overall measures of

Describe the project scope. The scope defines project limits and identifies the expected outcomes
of the project. The scope establishes the boundaries of the project and should also describe
deliverables, processes, and other areas that are deemed to be outside of the project scope.
Defining the criteria for an initiative to be part of the Learning Communities model
Implementing the Initiating Learning Communities model
Defining the components of each phase
Defining the role of the participants
Assisting other teams in the pilot to implement the system
Evaluating and improving the system with corrective actions
