1.
For easy sizing of your artwork, a template is available on our website at www.dyesublimation.com in the
SUPPORT menu.
2. Design your image and print it out using TextPrint R sublimation paper. The JP (Johnson Plastics) brand of
sublimation paper can also be used if you are using an adhesive spray to attach the transfer to the tag.
(Elmer’s Repositionable Adhesive Spray works well). Failure to do so could cause the transfer page to
stick to the tag.
3. Using the heat tape or spray, attach the transfer to your tag. If doing both sides of the tag, it is best to
sublimate each side separately.
4. Set the temperature of your press to 390
o
and adjust it to medium pressure. Place the tag face up under
the press, close the press and sublimate the tag for 60 seconds.
5. Using heat gloves, remove the paper transfer and allow the tag to cool.
