If you are filing a Complaint for Divorce (without children) with the Scioto County Clerk of Court,
the following forms must be filed: (Likewise, if you are answering a Complaint, filing a Counterclaim, or

Tells the Court that you cannot
afford to prepay the filing fee.
You must sign at the Clerk’s
