PURCHASE AGREEMENT
All orders are “special order” and require full payment upon ordering. There are no cancellations, refunds, returns or
exchanges. Items left over 3 months become the property of Lulu’s; abandoning items does not void any balances due to
Lulu’s. The bride is notified when gowns arrive and she or her designees are authorized to pick up any gown.
Alterations are usually necessary and range from $65 to $200. Alterations require an appointment and are scheduled on
Monday through Friday. Please have correct shoes and foundation garments for fittings. Return check charges are $30.00.
SIZE SELECTION
Please note gowns are not custom ordered to fit your measurements. Gowns are ordered based on the size chart
provided by the designer and are not consistent with normal retail sizing. LuLu’s is not responsible for your size. If you
are between sizes, it is best to order the next larger size, as it is easier to take in a gown than it is to let one out. Please
select the size you wish to order using the size chart provided. In most cases, alterations will be necessary. Extra fees are
charged if you are 5’9” or over, for sizes larger than 18, if a gown is needed in less than 12 weeks, if a fabric change is
requested or if you are shipping the gown.
